Evil Labo*r Chancellor R*chel Re*ves destroys UK economy

Simon Goebbels
Businesses in Midway have had it tough in recent years, with the pandemic and soaring utility bills among the challenges crippling small traders across the county.

And from next month they face the impact of a punishing tax hike which one pub boss says will be “worse than Covid” – with everyone reduced to poverty, businesses going bankrupt, mass starvation, the collapse of civil society….the Four Horsemen ride forth…..the Kraken Rises…..the seas boil….the skies rain blood….as Simon Goebbels reports…

In her first Budget in October, evil Labo*r Chancellor R*chel Re*ves delivered a series of bombshells that “pulled the carpet from under” businesses across Kent. And we’re still ranting on about it now.

Evil chancellor R*chel Re*ves
Not content with condemning millions of UK pensioners to a freezing death this winter by restricting the Winter Fuel Allowance only to those on pension credit, “R*chel from Accounts” also raised the minimum wage by an unsupportable 77p an hour, forcing businesses to pay their staff something like a living wage.

And in the final death knell for all businesses across the UK, she revealed a catastrophic 1.2% hike in the amount employers would pay in National Insurance contributions (NICs) from 1st April, from 13.8% to 15%.

That’s only slightly less than what Tory chancellor Rishi Sunak put it up to in his April budget in 2022.

But that was the shrewd move of a Tory chancellor faced with a difficult economic situation, so we didn’t say a word against it.

By contrast, this identical NIC hike is the work of a Labo*r Chancellor and so must be a typical evil socialist incompetent mishandling of the UK economy that we are going to screech and whine from the rooftops about.

For Sir Martin Timm, the multi-millionaire Brexit hero whose Weatherforks national pub chain has hundreds of branches across the UK (and eight in the Midway area), it will add an extra £70,000 a week to his company’s wage bill.

“It is bonkers for a little family-owned national mega-pub company like mine,” he said. “I think it's going to be worse than Covid. At least, for my staff it will be.”

“We only had a £2 billion turnover last year and a measly £70 million profit, even after we paid £15 million to our shareholders.”

Sir Martin Timm: "Bonkers"...
“Our shareholders won’t want a reduction in their earnings, and our Directors and executives certainly don’t. And as my family are majority shareholders, we don’t plan to be taking a financial hit either.”

“So it’s back to the good old standbys of hiking prices, reducing quality, slashing maintenance budgets and firing staff. The staff can all go and get jobs in Tesco’s again, just like they had to when we shut down for Covid.”

“We were going to do all that anyway,” laughed Sir Timm, “but now we can blame Labo*r’s budget for it!”

"As for Re*ves lowering the threshold for employer NIC contributions from £9500 to £5000, that's great news for us. It means all the small pubs will struggle to afford the part-time staff they rely on and will go out of business. That'll wipe out our competition. Who says Labo*r isn't big-business friendly?"

But how will the increase impact you, if you’re not an employer?

Well, to make up the extra money now needed, we can expect prices to rise, the cost of services to increase, more uncertainty in our workplaces, a slowdown in recruitment and a slamming on the brakes of investment and expansion plans….. mass unemployment… soup kitchens….two-day working week….rotating power cuts….The Great Depression….Buddy Can You Spare A Dime….Bring Out Your Dead….War, Famine, Pestilence….we’re all doooooooooooomed….

What this country needs is a true Tory tax-cutting budget that we can praise from the rooftops until it all goes wrong, not an evil Labo*r raid on businesses that we can screechy shouty shrieky whine whine whiny whine on and on about as part of our campaign to throw as much shit at our democratically-elected government as we can until the next general election, so we can get a proper bunch of right-wingers in.

In short, we will all feel the impact of evil Chancellor R*chel from Accounts Re*ves. The question is, if further cuts are in the offing, just how seismic will that be?

We spoke to another Tory-supporting local businessman, Matthew Yapper.

Matthew Yapper; "Ridiculous"...
“We’ve recently had to close our restaurant, because our business plan to charge London prices for a venue in a run-down part of Chattingham was an obvious non-starter,” he explains.

“But that’s clearly the fault of evil Labo*r Chancellor R*chel Re*ves and her ridiculous rise in employer NIC contributions, national minimum wage, statutory sick pay and VAT on private school fees.”

“It’s just ridiculous, expecting employers to stump up for woke rubbish like worker’s pensions, decent wages and sick pay.”

“We need to return to proper UK Victorian values. Bring back workhouses, smallpox, rickets and little children going up chimneys, that’s what I say.”

“That’s what made this country great….”

One local businessman is less concerned about this disastrous Labo*r budget, however.

Steve Nimble runs MicroStrad, a specialist company that makes really small violins, and says that business is booming.

Microstrad: "Screechy"...
“Our product is the perfect accompaniment to all of the sob stories rich Tory businessmen have been coming out with since the IHT changes were announced," he said.

“Our really tiny violins are just flying off the shelves.”

“I have a couple of full-time employees, but I don’t have a problem with the NIC tax rise. We’ve got to start raising taxes somewhere, in order to pay for 14 years of the Tories running the country down.”

“If this was a Tory tax rise I’m sure you wouldn’t be seeing all these screechy headlines in the right-wing press…”

And that wasn’t what we wanted to hear, so we stopped talking to Mr. bloody leftie Nimble.

The voices raising concerns have so far met with little government compromise.

Evil Chancellor R*chel from Accounts Re*ves took a break from lying about her CV to say that she hopes the government will “never have to deliver a Budget like this again” before going on to admit that “it’s not going to be easy for businesses”.

She added: “We made a commitment during the general election that we wouldn’t increase taxes on working people, because we know the shrieking right-wing press would have a field day with it if we did.”

“But they’re going to slag us off no matter what we do, so we might as well start taxing greedy rich bastards like they expected us to.”

“Trouble is, that’s really hard work. The bastards have got their tentacles everywhere and if we start trying to claw some of the money back they’ve bled out of the country over the last 15 years, they’ll just crash the stock market and screw us over.”

“So it’s back to taxing the poor, just like UK governments always do these days…

In the real world, a good old rant about “Rachel From Accounts” and all her works is guaranteed to be solid-gold click-bait. And sure enough, the regular comments trolls were all over it, with the same old sneers, lies and insults. Ah, bless ‘em…

What is very simple greymondeoman is the fact you use all those insults based on your interpretation when you personally don't agree, dislike and in retaliation against those who expose you for the vindictive peddler of misinformation and Far Left hateful anti British antagonist europhile troll that you are.

As pointed out above by others, a highly ignorant comment from the vindictive peddler of misinformation and Far Left hateful anti British antagonist europhile troll greymondeoman in an attempt to defend the ineptitude of the current government treasury.

Not only is GMM’s weather forecasting a typical bunch of Far-left lies and misinformation, it also makes the snide implication that no pensioners have frozen to death in the UK this winter as a result of the cuts to WFPs. The pure luck of a mild winter means that the vindictive peddler of misinformation and Far Left hateful anti British antagonist europhile troll greymondeoman means that he is spared having to defend the millions of deaths that would have normally resulted from his beloved Labo*r’s evil cuts to benefits for the most vulnerable in society.

Can we can hold any hope of GMM answering any questions put to him with a reasonable or balanced debate, rather than accusing someone of being far right or a Putin supporter, or a nihilist.?? We can only hold out hope.

GMM you just throw out accusations like a desperate lawyer who is badly losing his case trying to prove the guilt of somebody, and throw out more random accusations trying to grab at those straws!

Let's hope it's a case of "fool me once, shame on you - fool me twice, shame on me" for those that voted Liebour under the false pretences they put forward, and that these people don't vote for the same clown party next time around.

As a small family business owner this NIC hike is going to cost my company around £4000 per month. We only have a staff of 4 earning a liveable wage. Where do I find the extra money? Put my prices up? Thankfully the extra trade with Europe since Brexit is going to help prop up the pennies. Labo*r, A bunch of lying, thieving envious bastards. I’m just trying to earn a wage for me and my family, not rake in millions. As I try to help myself, more of my hard earned money is going to pay the wages of the benefit scrounges and illegal immigrants that refuse to work as the system is too lucrative. Those that genuinely cannot work deserve help, those that can, but won’t deserve nothing.

You reveal yourself as yet another Tory troll with the comment “Thankfully the extra trade with Europe since Brexit is going to help prop up the pennies”. What do you sell that has given you extra European trade since Brexit? We’d all like a slice of that business!
