Despite pleading guilty to the crime of beating by assault, she was only handed a suspended prison sentence by deputy senior district judge Masallah Tikka. Judge Tikka told the gargoyle’s assailant that “this was not just an attack on an ugly piece of medieval church architecture, but an attack on our parliamentary democracy.”
“A clear message must go out,” the judge declared. “Public debate must not be shut down by criminality such as this.”
“Normally I would send you to jail, but our prisons are still full of your fellow Just Stop oil protesters that the last government insisted that we jail for years at a time. I therefore suspend your sentence of 13 weeks in prison for 12 months,” said the biased, leftie judge.
Responding in a whiny post on on social media afterwards, the gargoyle said: “We now live in a country where you can assault a Member of Parliament and not go to prison. The latest example of two-tier justice.”

In a victim impact statement read out by the prosecution, the MP said after the incident he “felt humiliated”, with the incident being “broadcast on national and international media, despite them all being owned by my supporters”.
He added that “chemicals or paint wouldn’t have been so bad, but those McDonalds milkshakes are much, much nastier.”
“The incident is part of a growing security concern for medieval architectural features of national importance such as myself.”
As well as her suspended sentence, Ms. Hopper has also been ordered to complete 12 rehabilitation activity requirement days, 120 hours of unpaid work and to pay the gargoyle £150 compensation, £17.50 compensation for the criminal damage to his stonework, £154 victim surcharge and £450 in costs.
Enibodi Khan, defending Ms. Hopper, said: “She has conceded that it was wrong to do what she did on the day. The court has to balance all that and decide whether it is right to send an otherwise harmless young woman to jail with her background.”
“As a Just Stop Oil protestor and Green party activist, the amount of harassment she has faced, mostly from the gargoyle’s supporters, is deeply disturbing. Prior to the incident she regularly received threats of death and rape. She has been yelled at in the street.”
“Many of her friends and relations are still in jail for trivial protests that were otherwise deemed heinous crimes by the previous government, such as hanging up banners over motorways, or sitting down in roads.”
“This was a naive stupid reaction by this young woman at a time when she was going through some considerable personal distress.”

I am listening to someone on Russia Today who comparing St*rmer's regime with
Nazi Germany and it is valid comparison regardless of what you think comrade most
people in UK feel threatened and marginalised in St*rmer's Britain where his
